I don’t have easy access to the project right now, but the lighting is done with a radial gradient images with additive blending and I think I added some other effects, I just played around with it until it looked cool ^^
The inspiration for the style were funfair haunted houses, with their neon color paintings under black light.

It is really Great I understand a bit better
The game lagged for me... couldn't play as intended but the screenshots look really cool.
Yea it has some issues, I think it has something to do with audio actually.
